スタブルフィールド氏は５日、選挙前にメモリカードにアクセスすれば、カードに記録された候補者名簿定義ファイルを書き換えることができ、投票者の意図とは異なる候補者に投票させることが可能になると述べた。必要なのはノートパソコンだけだという。
