「日本が朝鮮人学者を拉致した」と北朝鮮側が主張している件の続報

サハリンの大学で言語学を講じていた北朝鮮の学者 Kim Thae Yon氏（１９９１年に行方不明になった）。彼は日本が拉致したと、北朝鮮の赤十字社が主張している件についての日本語記事が出た。

北朝鮮の朝鮮中央通信は１６日、論評を出し、ロシア・サハリン州に朝鮮語教師として派遣されていた北朝鮮男性が９１年１２月に行方不明となり、翌９２年４月３０日に北海道から北朝鮮の朝鮮教育委員会に手紙を送っていたと伝えた。

論評によると「キム・テヨン」と名乗る男性教師は現在７０歳を超える高齢者。北朝鮮の代表的教員養成機関である金亨稷師範大学研究室長で、サハリン州ユジノサハリンスク市の大学に勤務していた。手紙でキム氏は、９２年２月に脳出血で倒れ、日本人家庭で治療を受けているとしている。場所は札幌といわれているものの寒村だ、と記しているという。

★これはひょっとすると、日本と北朝鮮を対立させて、なんらかの形で漁夫の利を得ようとする第三国の情報機関が仕組んで実行した、日本の犯行に見せかけた拉致事件の可能性があるのではないか？あくまで「ひょっとすると」だが…。

★ちなみに札幌は市街地からある程度離れると、すぐに寒村っぽいところに出る。

On Saturday, the North's Red Cross Society said Kim Thae Yong, a North Korean linguist at a college on Russia's Sakhalin Island, went missing in 1991 and was presumed to have been abducted by Japan, according to the North's official Korean Central News Agency.

BEIJING (AP) Tokyo officials on Monday rejected Pyongyang's allegation that Japan had kidnapped a North Korean, saying the claim will not affect plans to press the North over its abductions of Japanese citizens.

In a request just before multinational talks on denuclearizing North Korea resumed in Beijing, Pyongyang alleged that Japan abducted a North Korean linguist, who disappeared in 1991.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Noriyuki Shikata denied the allegation.

"An abduction by Japan is absolutely (unthinkable), and we do not acknowledge any such incident," Shikata said.
